Why now

Most Niagara homes are wearing siding past its working life.

Aluminum installs from the 70s and 80s. Builder-grade vinyl from the 90s. Trim that has chalked and warped. Soffit that pests have made their own.

We replace the whole envelope, not just the wall.

When siding, soffit, fascia, and eavestroughs all go in together, the lines stay clean and the warranty is one phone call instead of three.

Questions

Common questions, plain answers.

How much does new siding cost in Niagara?

Most full siding replacements on a typical Niagara home land between $8,000 and $15,000. Vinyl sits at the lower end, insulated vinyl in the middle, and fiber cement at the top. The number depends on house size, the complexity of the trim work, and whether soffit, fascia, and eavestroughs are part of the project.

How long does a siding job take?

A standard single-family home in Niagara is usually wrapped in three to five working days. Larger homes or fiber cement installs can run a week or more. We give a written timeline before we start, and we hold to it unless weather forces a change.

Vinyl, insulated vinyl, or fiber cement?

Vinyl is the value choice and still looks great. Insulated vinyl adds R-value and dampens sound, useful for older homes with thin walls. Fiber cement (James Hardie) is the premium choice for design-led exteriors and lasts decades. We walk you through the trade-offs on the in-home estimate.

What manufacturers do you install?

We are certified installers for Mitten, Gentek, and Kaycan vinyl, and James Hardie fiber cement. All four come with manufacturer warranties on top of our workmanship warranty.

Do I need a permit for siding work?

Straight siding replacement on a single-family home in most Niagara municipalities does not require a permit. Structural changes, additions, or new exterior insulation that changes wall thickness can require one. We tell you up front and pull the permit if needed.

What happens to my old siding?

We remove it, sort recyclable aluminum and metal, and dispose of the rest at a licensed Niagara waste facility. Disposal is included in the quoted price. The site is left clean each evening.
